The Compassionate Friends intends for its website to be a safe, supportive, and informative tool to benefit those who are grieving due to the loss of a child. To that end, TCF wishes to be respectful of its users’ privacy while managing the realities of maintaining and developing its website.
In order to better serve its members and to adequately maintain its website, TCF may automatically collect information on TCF server logs from your browser including your IP address, TCF cookie information, and the page you requested. TCF may collect information that you supply as part of your request for information, services, or when you make a donation to TCF. TCF will retain transcripts of interactions occurring in the interactive Online Support Community, as well.
If you have subscribed to the TCF E-Newsletter, TCF will send you regular communications as specified in the relevant area of the website. You are able to unsubscribe from the E-Newsletter by utilizing the “unsubscribe” link on the E-Newsletter.
